Our Background

It all began with one person who dream of starting something completely new. He had a great vision, a passion for change and all the right skills. Together, we established Mt. Olive Competition Team, a company dedicated to providing great services and fun. We specialize in competition Chili Cookoffs, Mini Tractor pulling, Whole Hog competition, Steak Cookoffs competition, and chicken wings competition. We're International Chili Society Lifetime Member, yearly member of Chili Association Society International, and yearly member of Steak Cookoff Association. We compete to have fun.
